All sales are final. I am not responsible for delayed or lost mail, but I will do what I can to help you take steps from your end should something occur.

USA Shipping & small item orders
Shipping is included for the lower 48 states plus D.C.. Please note that some small item orders (stickers, bookmarks, and other lightweight items) might be mailed in regular envelopes with USPS forever postage stamps which cannot be tracked.
Order Fulfillment
I fulfill orders by myself. If there are no crazy issues, I typically mail orders within 3-7 business days (Mon-Fri) of payment receipt or completion of work. In the event that I can’t do this OR if the item requires special treatment prior to mailing, etc., it will be noted on the item listing page and/or I will let you know.
Packaging Info
I am moving more and more toward eco conscious packaging. I believe it is more care full for the earth we share together. As such, I prefer to use recycled materials for protecting and packaging orders as often as I can. I am, however, using up the cello sleeves and less eco friendly mailing supplies I still have on hand rather than wastefully throwing them out. Please reuse and recycle what you can from the orders you receive.
I also use rigid mailers, cardboard, cardboard tubes and other sturdy mailing helps as needed.
Please know that I do take care in preparing my beloved characters and other goodies to travel to their new homes, even if the packages aren’t especially wondrous. Since I started painting and mailing original art and other goodies to art lovers around the world in 2008, I’ve had only one instance of damage. For my part, I aim to keep it that way!
