All sales are final. I don't accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, I'm here to help.

I am not responsible for delayed or lost mail, but I will do what I can to give you ideas about steps to take from your end should something occur.

For a time I was able to include USA postage in item costs, and I loved being able to do that. The time has come to add a flat rate shipping fee to help create a better small business profit margin. I will probably have to make changes along the way, but this is a good start. Exceptions could be Alaska and Hawaii. If those postage costs are higher, I will send an invoice for the additional amount prior to mailing.

Currently a minimum order amount of $10 is required. This helps me keep overall costs lower.

Please make sure your address is 100% correct so there are no delays in order processing or ‘return to sender’ situations.

I fulfill orders all by myself. If there are no crazy issues, I typically mail orders within 3-7 business days (Mon- Fri) of payment receipt or completion of work.  In the event that I can't do this OR if the item requires special treatment prior to mailing, etc., it will be noted on the item listing page and/or I will let you know.

I am moving more and more toward eco conscious packaging. I believe it is more care full for the earth we share together.

As such, I prefer to use recycled materials for protecting and packaging orders as often as I can. I am, however, using up the cello sleeves and less eco friendly mailing supplies I still have on hand rather than wastefully throwing them out. Please reuse and recycle what you can from the orders you receive.

I also use rigid mailers, cardboard, cardboard tubes and other sturdy mailing helps as needed.

Please know that I do take care in preparing my beloved characters and other goodies to travel to their new homes, even if the packages aren’t especially wondrous. Since I started painting and mailing original art and other goodies from my Imaginarium to art lovers around the world in 2008,  I've had only one instance of damage. For my part, I aim to keep it that way!

International postage listed at checkout is a very broad estimate until the real postage amount is calculated. After your order has been packaged, measured and weighed, that information is entered into the shipping partner’s platform, and the accurate shipping cost is calculated, after which I will promptly refund any postage overage to you (minus handling, $2.50 USD).

If you are buying Original Artwork, even if it is work on paper, please choose ‘Package with Original Art’ to your country. Otherwise, I will need to cancel your order. Yes, it’s expensive, but this ensures that there will be adequate funds for shipping. As mentioned previously, I will promptly refund any shipping, minus handling, overages once your shipping label has been created.

I have no role in collecting international fees like VAT or customs charges. Any int’l government fees are the responsibility of the customer.
